Our standard service is end to end Project Management. We will work with you from the initial consultation, through to the end product, managing most of the contractors for you, creating a stress-free process. The design fee component of your project (our fee, not including contractors) will range between $1500-$2800 + GST depending on the size and scope of your project.

1. Consultation: We will meet at your site for a face-to-face consultation and discuss your future vision, including your likes and dislikes, must-haves, uses for your space, limitations and budget. 

2. Site Analysis: We will return for a second site visit (sometimes with a Landscaper depending on the scope of work), where we will conduct a more in-depth site analysis, and discuss the scope in more detail, taking measurements and checking the fine details.  

3. Cost Estimate: We will compile a job estimate for the full scope of work.
   
   Please note: if a site survey or structural assessment  is required, the client must pay for this themselves prior to commencement of work. Clients must also accept all responsibility and payment for council permits throughout the process. 
   

4. Concept Design: If you wish to proceed based on the cost estimate, the design fee is due, and we will complete a concept design and plant list. *

5. Final Quote and Documentation: Any adjustments will be made to the estimate based on the Concept Design, client exclusions or additions, and a final quote is sent for sign off. We now supply a planting plan and the order of works will be discussed and planned. 

6. Garden Build: We will complete your project, managing the contractors for you. Upon completion, we will leave your garden clean and tidy, free of rubbish and ready to relax and enjoy! 

*Any major revisions to the Concept Design that require re-draw will incur an hourly Design charge of $125.
